Introduction

The core power-consuming components of a 16-node AI cluster include GPUs, CPUs, switching power supplies, liquid cooling units, and supporting PCS conversion equipment.Under daily mixed workloads (average load rate 70%, the actual long-term operating state of most AI clusters), the average operating power consumption is 135.2kW × 0.7 = 94.64kW.With 24/7 uninterrupted operation (8760 hours per year),The power consumption at an average of 70% usage is 829,046 kWh for the whole year.A 200KW solar power system can generate around 800KWh per day with an average of four hours of sunlight.Pairing it with a storage battery can meet most of the green electricity demand.
