A solar panel that is produced with HJT has a low-cost, simple production process, but is low-efficient compared to the solar panel with IBC technology.
HJT solar cells cost less than IBC because of its lower amount of steps in the production and IBC costs higher because it is one of the most difficult ways to produce solar panels.
IBC tech resulted in increasing the cell-to-module (CTM) ratio by moving contacts of solar cells in the solar panel to its rear side and reducing shade on the front side of the cell. Thus, It contributes to rising solar panel’s power conversion efficiency(PCE).
