Bidders must submit an earnest money deposit of z102.1 milion (~$1.2million).
Selected bidders must submit 3% of the order value as performancesecurity within 2l days from the date of the Letter of Award (LOA)
Bidders must have designed, supplied, erected (or supervised erection)and commissioned (or supervised commissioning) grid-connected solarprojects with a total installed capacity of 100 MW or more. At least twoprojects must be 10 MW or larger and operational for six months beforethe bid submission date.
Bidders must have net working capital or access to fund-based unutilizedcredit facilities of at least t1.7 billion (~$20.06 million).
Their average annual turnover for the last three financial years must be atleast e4.08 billion (~$48.14 million).
Bidders' net worth as of the last day of the preceding financial year mustbe at least 100% of the paid-up share capital.
The solar module supplier must be ALMM-listed before the bid submissiondate or within six months of the LOA date. lf ALMM is not applicable (e.g..due to MNRE orders), the suppliers must have:
- Manufactured and supplied solar modules with a cumulativeinstalled capacity of 40 MWp or more in one financial year.
- Manufactured and supplied 550 Wp or higher modules with at leastsix months of successful operation by the reference date.
Solar floater manufacturers must have supplied and commissionedfloaters with at least 5 MW capacity at a single location by the LoA date.Anchoring and mooring system suppliers must have designed andinstalled systems for 20 MW of floating solar blocks at a single location
