PERC stands for Passivated Emitter and Rear Cell1. It improves efficiency by allowing electrons to flow more freely and also by increasing the reflectiveness of the back of solar cells. The passivated emitter and rear cell (PERC) process has been successfully transferred to mass production of PERC solar cells.
Underpinning the new record for p-type multicrystalline solar cells has been the continued quality improvements of multicrystalline wafers that have helped pushed standard 60-cell polycrystalline solar panels from 260W to 290W in recent years.
With Power up to 290W this series of high-performance modules provides the most cost-effective solution for lowering the LCOE of any PV systems large or small.
